At the heart of our property is a private hard-surface tennis court, available by appointment. Whether you’re an experienced player or just looking for a casual match beneath the Umbrian sky, our court provides a scenic and exclusive setting surrounded by nature.
In addition to tennis, guests are invited to unwind in our green picnic area, perfect for quiet lunches, solo reading time, or relaxed conversations in the open air.
