Guests will enjoy breakfast, free parking inside the property, fast Wi-Fi, green outdoor spaces, and a relaxing environment perfect for solo travellers and friends.

The property also features a swimming pool area and a tennis court, ideal for unwinding after exploring Spoleto, Assisi, Trevi, and the Umbrian countryside. Whether you travel for culture, work, or a peaceful break, Adagio Umbro will offer a warm, thoughtful stay with the authentic rhythm of Umbria.


Tennis & Picnic Area — Open to Everyone with Prior Booking

At Adagio Umbro, our tennis court and picnic area are available to all visitors, not only guests of the B&B. You can book the court for an hour of play or reserve the picnic space to enjoy the Umbrian countryside at a slower pace. Prior booking is required to guarantee availability, and rackets can be rented on request.

Whether you’re travelling through Spoleto or looking for a quiet outdoor spot for an afternoon break, our green park and hard-surface court offer a simple, relaxing way to enjoy Umbrian nature.

The area is suitable for adults and teens from 14 years old, offering a quiet setting without crowds or noise.
