The Place – Private Accommodation in the Umbrian Countryside
The property is a restored medieval tower villa surrounded by open countryside and majestik oaks. We are completing three private rooms – each on its own floor, with a private bathroom and views over the Umbrian hills.
The grounds include a swimming pool, outdoor spaces, green park, and a tennis court, all designed to offer a slower and more private experience compared to traditional hotels. With only three rooms, this is private residence with tennis court in Umbria, near Spoleto, intentionally limited to maintain space, quiet, and atmosphere.

Adagio Umbro grew from a simple observation: truly private, well-organised accommodation for women in Italy is still limited. The villa itself has a long history in the Spoleto countryside, and the restoration is being carried out gradually, with attention to detail and long-term quality.

Spoleto is one of Umbria’s most complete small cities – combining history, nature, and accessibility. From the property, the historic centre is reachable in under 10 minutes by car.
